Ownership
Brand Kings Inc. agrees to sign over all rights associated with ownership and usage
of materials developed by Brand Kings to the customer upon receipt of final payment
for the given materials. Until that time Brand Kings retains and reserves all rights
to any content created by Brand Kings as set forth by the Copyright Laws of the
United States of America (Title 17 U.S.C., et seq., and the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act). Once full payment has been received by Brand Kings, all rights
to the final product, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer
for use in all media and in all markets, for an unlimited period of time.
Brand Kings retains and reserves the rights to use any and all content developed
by Brand Kings, regardless of ownership, for display and self-promotional purposes.
Payment
1. Upon receipt of a completed order form, Brand Kings will secure a down payment
of an amount equal to one half of the total order, which will cover expenses
including, but not limited to, the following:
• order processing;
• creation and development time;
• intellectual and proprietary materials utilized in developmental stages.
The initial fee is non-refundable and does not include final usage rights, which
will be released upon receipt of final payment. The customer's final product
will be made available and full usage rights will be granted upon final approval
and payment.
2. Should the project scope be expanded during fulfillment of the initial order,
Brand Kings may secure intermediary payments of an amount mutually agreed upon
with the customer, but not exceeding one half of the additional purchase amount.
Intermediary fees are non-refundable and do not include final usage rights, which
will be released upon receipt of final payment.
3. Upon the customer's approval of the final product, Brand Kings will secure a
final payment. Upon receipt of this final payment, all rights to the final product,
full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer for use in all media
and in all markets, for unlimited period of time.
4. The customer can choose to terminate his project at any time. In this event,
no additional charges will be collected by Brand Kings. The customer will retain
no rights to any of the design work Brand Kings has completed on their behalf,
and Brand Kings will retain full ownership of all work completed on the project.
Initial design concepts will be presented within 3-10 business days following
the receipt of an order and down payment, depending on the type of service ordered.

Turnaround
Revisions are made within 2-10 business days, depending on the type of service
ordered. The final product will be delivered by electronic means within 1 business
day upon receipt of final payment.
Trademark & Copyright
Brand Kings provides no guarantee of copyright to the customer. The customer assumes
responsibility for obtaining Trademark or Copyright for any material created
by Brand Kings Inc.. Brand Kings assumes no liability in the event that a customer
is unable to obtain Trademark or Copyright for the given material for any reason.
