What if I'm not sure what kind of logo I want?
No problem. That's why you've come to us - the staffers at Brand Kings are visual identity experts, who are eager to help develop the perfect logo for you. In the online order form include as much information as you can about what you need and what you like, and rest assured that we will "Wow!" you.
Do you guarantee your logo design work?
Yes. If you aren't satisfied, we aren't either. That's why Brand Kings guarantees full customer satisfaction. That means we will continue to revise your logo design until you get exactly what you are looking for, at no extra charge.
How many designs will you send me?
We will send you 3 or 4 design drafts to start our dialogue. Upon reviewing these, you can either choose one of them as a basis for further development, or explain to us why the designs don't work for you. In the latter instance, armed with a better understanding of your needs and wants, we will continue sending you more targeted drafts until you find the one that suits you.
Are there additional fees for extra colors or special effects?
Never. You can choose any colors and any special effects you want for your logo.
When will I receive the initial logo design drafts?
You will receive your first logo designs within 3 business days.
How will you deliver my new logo?
We will e-mail the user manual together with your logo files, so you will be able to start using your new logo immediately.
Can I use my new logo on my website?
Yes. You will receive Web-ready files of different sizes in GIF and JPG format, so you can easily incorporate your logo into your website.
Where else can I use my logo?
We will provide you with files for any purpose, including vector AI and EPS, high-resolution TIFF for print, Web-ready JPG and GIF, and more. We will also send you any other files you may need upon request. You will be able to use your logo virtually anywhere - on stationery, billboards, coffee-cups, T-shirts, shopping bags, in e-mails, TV commercials, and many other places.
Why do other logo designers offer designs for $149 or even $99?
If you were offered a brand-new Porsche for $3000, what would you think? It's a good bet that discount designers use clipart or recycled designs, or simply copy existing designs. If this is the case, one could be at risk of a lawsuit from the real owner of a "custom" logo.

The Internet enables us to work with customers in almost any country. And if you prefer not to pay by credit card, we also accept PayPal, wire transfers, and Western Union.
Who owns the copyright to my logo?
You receive full ownership rights to your logo upon final payment.
